Mildred Ashley was born in the Philippines and moved to Texas in 1992. Ms. Ashley is bilingual in Visaya/Tagalog and English. Prior to becoming a lawyer, she started college to become a nurse. Halfway through the program, she moved to Texas and later received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Arlington. She then received her law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law in May 2015 and was admitted to the bar in November 2015.

Rachael was born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada where she attended high school at one of Canada’s premier preparatory schools, Ashbury College. For her college education, Rachael wanted to experience life in a bigger city and moved to Toronto. There she attended the University of Toronto, a worldwide top ranked college, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with honors in American Studies and Human Geography. After spending 21 years in Canada, Rachael wanted to start her life in a warmer climate and so chose to attend St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, graduating with a Juris Doctorate. During law school she was a member of the State Bar of Texas Pro Bono College and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

Persia is a Dallas native, born and raised in Plano, Texas. After graduating from high school, she went on to attend the University of Texas at Austin and fulfilled her dream of becoming a longhorn. There, she double majored in History and Sociology and earned her Bachelor of Arts from UT in 2012. She then went on to attend law school at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. During her time there she enjoyed mentorship by one of her professors and was involved in many groups and activities. She was a member of the Bexar County Young Lawyers Association, the Business Law Association, the Oil and Gas Society, the Women’s Law Association, and she was the president of the Water and Environmental Law Society. Persia was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2016. Here, Persia is a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. In her free time, Persia enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Persia joined the Bailey & Galyen personal injury team in 2017 to protect the rights of injured individuals, negotiating settlements related to motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
