Attorney Gene Sollows

Mr. Sollows was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1992, and is admitted to practice before all U.S. District Courts in Texas as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. He received his B.A. in 1988 from the University of California at Santa Barbara and his J.D in 1992 from Southern Methodist University. He is speaker on the subjects of ethics and bankruptcy at various legal seminars.

In his capacity as a practicing attorney, Mr. Sollows strives to achieve the best possible solution to the legal needs of our clients while minimizing their economic burden. Helping clients receive a financial fresh start is his top priority.

Mr. Sollows is experienced in Federal, State, and Bankruptcy Litigation. Past practice areas have included personal injury, creditor’s rights, consumer bankruptcy, workers’ compensation, and contracts.

Mr. Sollows is the Managing Bankruptcy Attorney in the Houston office.
