Texas native John Robinson has been a practicing attorney with the law firm of Bailey & Galyen since January 1992. He manages the firm's Irving and Dallas offices as well as its Dallas County Criminal Law Department.
Board-certified in criminal law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for more than a decade, Mr. Robinson brings a high level of expertise to his practice. He focuses his casework on defending clients charged with crimes in Dallas, Tarrant and surrounding counties and handles a full scope of misdemeanors and felonies in state and federal courts.
Mr. Robinson firmly believes that every person facing criminal allegations has the right to be represented by an attorney who has an indepth knowledge of both the law and the dynamics of the criminal justice system.
Mr. Robinson works diligently to protect his clients' legal rights and build a strong defense on their behalf. He communicates clearly to ensure they understand their options and have the information about the law and their case necessary to make informed decisions about accepting plea bargains or choosing to have their case presented to a jury.
When you hire a criminal defense attorney, you want someone who is willing to fight it out in Court when necessary. Further, you need an attorney who knows the law and the particular Court he is in. A lawyer should utilize every possible avenue to have your case dismissed and clear your good name. Below are some of the results Mr. Robinson has obtained for his clients:
