Wade L. Griffin, Jr. received his Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law in May of 1998. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in November of that same year. Mr. Griffin has nearly nine years of family law experience and has handled thousands of family law cases, including divorce, marital property distribution, adoptions, custody, grandparent rights, visitation modification and enforcement, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and child protective service cases. While most cases result in settlement, Mr. Griffin has tried well over 500 cases before the court. Mr. Griffin has also handled many cases in mediation, where most cases end up settling.
Mr. Griffin also has legal experience in wills, trust, probate, criminal, and civil disputes.
Mr. Griffin has over five and half years experience as an Assistant Attorney General for the child support division of the Texas Attorney General’s Office where he handled thousands of child support cases involving enforcement, modification, interstate, establishment, etc.
Mr. Griffin is the Managing Attorney for the Grand Prairie Office where he practices Family Law.
