Attorney Profiles

Mr. Cramer grew up in the piney woods of Mt. Vernon, East Texas before moving to Mesquite, where he graduated from High School in 1986. Following high school he attended the University of North Texas, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1991 and then attended Southern Methodist University where he received his law degree in 1994.

After being admitted to the State Bar of Texas, Mr. Cramer opened his own law firm in Mesquite and began his career as an attorney. While capable of assisting with most business related law issues he is best known for his accomplishments in commercial litigation and in fact has represented hundreds of clients in litigation matters. This experience, coupled with know-how gleaned from running his own business for fourteen years, uniquely qualifies him to work with businesses both as an attorney and as a trusted adviser.

Beyond his role as an attorney Mr. Cramer is also involved in the community. He currently serves as a Deacon at Point View Baptist Church in Combine, Texas and is past President of Mesquite Ambucs, a charitable organization that provides specially designed tricycles to disabled children.

Mr. Cramer enjoys the practice of law because it affords him the opportunity to help people. Whether dealing with a small, family owned business, or a large corporation, Mr. Cramer is able to effectively handle all of their legal needs.
